What is Peak Performance? Have you ever been at a plateau with your climbing and you can’t seem to break through? If so, Peak Performance is what you need . Come and join renowned climbing coach Jimmie Redo and strength conditioning coach Dave Wahl for a 6 week complete performance program. This program is designed to help you reach your climbing goals by highlighting and strengthening your personal areas of need.

This comprehensive climbing training program will incorporate various areas such as; Strength Training, Range of Motion, Nutrition, and Climbing.
