By popular demand, Movement is adding many more classes to the calendar for the months of February and March! By adding 14 classes to the schedule, we are bringing the total offering of yoga, cycling, fitness, climbing and strength conditioning classes to well over 60!
Looking to strengthen specific areas in order to better your climbing? Dave Wahl of renowned Athletik Spesifik is joining us on Mondays and Tuesdays to help climbers reach their goals. Read more here.
Not enough Cycling? We have added THREE cycling classes to the schedule! In addition to all of our other classes, you can also now join us on Monday evening (a second class!) or Tuesday morning (also a second class!) for Group Cycling. And if you want a real challenge, come check out the Advanced Group Cycling on Sunday mornings!
Want more yoga? Come to Gentle Yoga on Sunday afternoons at 4:00p to round out your weekend and prepare for the week ahead!
And let's not forget about Fitness! We will now have Pilates on Sunday in addition to several new classes during the week.
