    The Om Gym is a playful + approachable way to do yoga. With the aid of this contemporary apparatus one can receive the benefits of backbends, inversions + stretching without feeling full body weight. What a sweet opportunity to hang upside down!

    Peak Performance starts soon!
    February 2nd- March 13th, 2012

    Peak Performance is a 6-week, 12 session group training, designed to help you get stronger.

    Come and join renowned climbing coach, Jimmie Redo, and strength conditioning coach, Dave Wahl, for a 6 week complete performance program. This program is designed to help you reach your climbing goals by highlighting your personal areas of need.



    This comprehensive climbing training program will incorporate: strength training, range of motion analysis, nutrition awareness, climbing, and more!

    Tuesdays and Thursdays
    February 2nd - March 13th, 2012
    6:30 - 8:30pm
    $480 for members, $600 for non members (includes discounted day pass ) for 24-hrs of small group training!
