    BLAST CLASSES
    Blast Classes at Movement are Quick, Results-Driven, High-Intensity classes. Try one at a time or coupled with another class, since they are scheduled to fit a variety of time availabilities.

    Blast Core: Get your core rock hard this year! A challenging 30 minute class
    designed to stabilize the midsection for improved performance. Hard core training for the hard core! Develop unbreakable lines of tension from your hands to your toes. Learn techniques to make your midsection a pillar of stone!


    Blast Circuit Level 1: 30 minute class for beginner to intermediate designed to exercise the whole body, burn calories and get leaner. Learn proper exercise technique with external weight, body weight, rubber bands, cables and more!


    Blast Circuit Level 2: This is the most challenging class at Movement, for those of you looking to push your limits! A 30 minute advanced class designed to strengthen legs, arms, core ... the whole body! Improve metabolic conditioning, learn to breather harder, and get leaner. Take your fitness to the next level!


    Ski Fit: For those of you gearing up for the snow season, this is a fantastic class geared to strengthen musculature specific to Alpine sports. Increase your lower body strength, anaerobic capacity, power and transfer it to your best winter season yet!


    CLIMBING FITNESS
    The following classes are designed specifically for the climber who wants to get stronger and also stay injury-free.

    Climbing Power Level: All Levels: Need strength for climbing? Take this class that is focused to strengthen muscles specific to climbing via general pulling on a finger board, campus board, or systems wall. Focus is on posture, trajectory, and visual attention to move your skill set forward.

    Climbing Recovery: This injury prevention class will help you strengthen antagonistic musculature and increase pain free range of motion specific to climbers who are pushing their limits. Good for all abilities.


    The Rope Up! Looking for new climbing parnters? Excited to learn from fellow climbers? Join us for The Rope Up! There is no charge and it's a great way to expand your climbing experience. Movement will facilitate groups of climbers who range from beginning to intermediate and are excited to meet up with new people.
