TRAINING AT MOVEMENT
Movement has a great set of highly certified personal trainers that are ready to help you achieve your goals.
We provide Individual Personal Training in addition to Private Group Training and Athletik Spesifik.
Individual Personal Training
When: you schedule at your convenience!
Cost: $35 to $75 per hour, with packages available (45 minute and 30 minute sessions as well)
Private Group Training
When: adapts to group
Cost: $20 per person per hour
What: an hour long private session that is tailored to those in the group
Athletik Spesifik
When: You choose your one hour time slot: Mondays through Thursdays, from 4p - 8p
Cost:
One day per week - $120 for 4 weeks
Two days per week - $170 for 4 weeks
Three days per week - $210 for 4 weeks
What: Athletik Spesifik offers two general types of training - climbing specific and general conditioning.
Climbing Specific
Training including the Systems Wall, Campus Board, Dartfish Video Analysis and general pulling movement. This
program develops the neuromuscular patterns unique to climbing and skill acquisition.
General Conditioning
Circuit-based training that emphasizes metabolic conditioning, strengthening antagonistic musculature,
learning proper weightlifting techniques, developing torso stabilization, and optimizing pulling strength in a fun
group environment.
