CYCLING AT MOVEMENT
The Cycling Program at Movement is one-of-a-kind in that we offer the Saris CycleOps bikes which record your heart rate, time and cadence on the console. This provides us the capability of offering you real-time feedback on your performance.
From Beginner to Intermediate to Expert, these bikes will allow you to have not only a great work-out, but will also provide you with information to gauge your ride!
GROUP CYCLING
Build strength in your lower body and increase your cardiovascular efficiency, all while listening to great music with motivating group cycling instructors! Burn calories by pedaling in groups, riding over hills, chasing the pack, climbing mountains, and cycling your way to a fitter self!
See below for current class times and get excited for more classes in September and October! We will be adding many more classes including Hour-Plus classes and Advanced Cycling!

Thursday 6:30a - 7:30a Group Cycling with Gary G.
Also check our calendar for the Blast Classes: Blast Abs, Blast Cardio and Blast Strength. They are often coupled with Cycling classes and are excellent for rounding out your workout!
