<p>Curious about Thai Massage? Don&#8217;t miss the last of Yuki T&#8217;s Thai Yoga Massage series. In this special class you will learn how to give a Thai Yoga massage, + you will receive one!</p>
<p>Thai Yoga Massage fosters understanding of body movement and receptive touch. During this fun Movement Lab, we will focus on opening the upper body by employing passive yoga-style stretches and building awareness of correct body mechanics. No need to bring a partner, but please bring a pillow.</p>

On April 6th and 7th, the best sport and speed climbers from around the country will gather in Boulder in the hopes of earning a spot on the US Team. Many of the faces that will likely grace the podium are regulars at MC+F, so come out and support your hometown climbers!</p>
<p><em>***There is no pre-qualification necessary to compete and there is a<strong> $6,000 cash purse</strong>!</em></p>

<p>Movement Labs are a special monthly class with a new theme each time. No experience is necessary, and all are welcome! Taught by various Movement instructors.</p>
<p>This month&#8217;s fun Movement Lab will explore poses and partner contact. The support of another gives opportunity to open more deeply, to receive, to try challenging poses, + to enjoy the playful side of yoga.</p>
<p>How about spending a little time in the studio replenishing yourself +connecting with others!</p>
<p>Remember, in Partner Yoga + Contact, there is no giver or receiver in a posture, so all partners are fully engaged in their own experience</p>

<p>In honor of Valentine&#8217;s Day, Mary-Laurence B. will offer a 2-hr Yin Yang Yoga Workshop. Expect to do a series of heating postures that call upon the muscular system, interspersed with postures in which the muscles can release. Once the muscles are released we will stay with the poses for up to <strong>5 minute</strong> intervals. This ways the joints, and connective tissues may receive healthy stress + deeper openings may happen through the meridian lines of our bodies.</p>

<p>The Om Gym is a playful + approachable way to do yoga. With the aid of this contemporary apparatus one can receive the benefits of backbends, inversions + stretching without feeling full body weight. What a sweet opportunity to hang upside down!</p>
