$125 for 6 Sessions (they do not have to be consecutive)

Athletik Spesifik
Class times:
Mondays at 4p, 5p, 6p and 7p (1 hour class)

$170 for one month (two classes per week)
$210 for one month (three classes per week)
*These prices are for Movement Members. Non-members would add $10 per class per week.

Come work with Movement Head Coach and renowned climber, Justen Sjong, to improve your climbing through customized, goal-oriented climbing sessions.
ATHLETIK SPESIFIC with Dave Wahl (assisted by Flannery Shay-Nemirow and Mercedes Pollmeier)
Athletik Spesifik offers two general types of training: climbing specific and general conditioning specific to climbing.
Climbing Specific: Training including the Systems Wall, Campus Board, Dartfish video analysis and general pulling movement. This program develops the neuromuscular patterns unique to climbing and skill acquisition.
General Conditioning: Circuit-based training that emphasizes metabolic conditioning, strengthening antagonistic musculature, learning proper weightlifting techniques, developing torso stabilization, and optimizing pulling strength in a fun group environment.
