    Do you feel like you have hit a plateau with your climbing? Do you think it's a combination of general fitness as well as understanding of climbing technique? Then Athletik Spesifik is for YOU!
    Through focus on general conditioning in addition to using Dartfish Technology to analyze your climbing technique, you are guaranteed to see positive results through this program.

    Athletik Spesifik offers two general types of training: climbing specific and general conditioning specific to climbing.

    Climbing Specific: Training including the Systems Wall, Campus Board, Dartfish video analysis and general pulling movement. This program develops the neuromuscular patterns unique to climbing and skill acquisition.

    General Conditioning: Circuit-based training that emphasizes metabolic conditioning, strengthening antagonistic musculature, learning proper weightlifting techniques, developing torso stabilization, and optimizing pulling strength in a fun group environment.
