The Om Gym is a playful + approachable way to do yoga. With the aid of this contemporary apparatus one can receive the benefits of backbends, inversions + stretching without feeling full body weight. What a sweet opportunity to hang upside down!

Peak Performance is a 6-week, 12 session group training, designed to help you get stronger.
Come and join renowned climbing coach, Jimmie Redo, and strength conditioning coach, Dave Wahl, for a 6 week complete performance program. This program is designed to help you reach your climbing goals by highlighting your personal areas of need.
This comprehensive climbing training program will incorporate: strength training, range of motion analysis, nutrition awareness, climbing, and more!
Tuesdays and Thursdays

Girls Rock returns to provide a fun way for girls ages 8 to 12 to climb and socialize!
If you'd like to register your daughter for this non-competitive after school program, here's what you need to know:
The 2012 Girls Rock Fall Semester will meet on Thursdays from 4:00 - 6:00pm from September 13th - November 15th
Know that we'll take a Girls Rock break on October 11th.
The 2012 Fall Semester Investment is (PIF):
-$230 if paid in full for the semester (payment includes expert instruction and facilitation, day pass and equipment rental)
*prior climbing experience is helpful, but not required.

Could you use a night out? Let us provide a safe and entertaining environment for your little ones while you take the evening to yourself! Bring your children, ages 1-6, to Creations Playspace on Saturday, July 28th, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, where we will provide storytime, yoga, art, games and music.
Please provide your child with a sack dinner.
This is your chance to get out and enjoy some kid-free time. We require that you stay in Boulder County and carry a cell phone (and stay in range!).

This 3-class workshop series is perfect for anyone new to yoga, or for yoga practitioners who feel out of practice.

MC+F is proud to host a Summer Yoga Intensive with Michelle Anderson , which will be held on several Mondays throughout the summer in the Movement Studio.
This series is open to practitioners who have at least 1 year of yoga experience, and who are familiar with backbends and inversions.
Session 1: The Lion of the Summer:
Open and explore the feet, legs, knees + hips to experience a firm connection to the earth.

Soar in arm balances and inverted poses by applying the simple rules of physics

Curious about Thai Massage? Don't miss the last of Yuki T's Thai Yoga Massage series. In this special class you will learn how to give a Thai Yoga massage, + you will receive one!
Thai Yoga Massage fosters understanding of body movement and receptive touch. During this fun Movement Lab, we will focus on opening the upper body by employing passive yoga-style stretches and building awareness of correct body mechanics. No need to bring a partner, but please bring a pillow.
