Imagine yourself entering a serene space lit with candles. Soon you’re guided into a gentle backbend while being serenaded by crystal singing bowls. A forward fold follows, and then a side bend, or perhaps legs up the wall or a wee twist. Before you know it you’ve entered a deep state of relaxation and promoted your body’s curative processes. Candlelight Yin Yoga & Sound celebrates overall well-being as we transition towards a vibrant spring and a stunning full moon.
